We sell machinery that has been well-maintained and happens to be in the finest working condition. No returns are accepted after a sale has been made. We always take great care to ensure the equipment being sold is in fine working condition and free from flaws and defects. All machinery sold features the exact specifications and qualities as mentioned before its sale. This implies that the equipment sold to you will be in the exact condition that has been promised. In case the equipment you receive happens not to be the one promised or is not exactly as was conveyed to you before the sale was made, then you may contact us immediately.
It is important to note here that we will only entertain claims that are made within one business day of receiving the equipment. In case the claim turns out to be valid, it will be resolved in ways that are mutually beneficial to you and us.
We always take great care to offer any and all available inspection reports whenever it becomes necessary or if requested by the buyer.
LIABILITY
We will not bear any responsibility nor will be liable for any possible loss or damage that may occur to the equipment whether directly or indirectly. It must be clarified to the buyer that we neither happen to be the manufacturer of the equipment being sold nor the agent.
Hence, the buyer must only buy once it is clear that we are neither the manufacturer nor the agent of the machines being sold as available on the website. The equipment or its parts may only be warranted, if the original manufacturer has agreed to the warranty. The seller or our company in this scenario is not making any warranties, express or implied, in any way or for any purpose. This means that there will be no warranty related to patent or latent defects that may have occurred due to any reason.
Since the equipment being sold is used, our company makes no warranty, express or implied, or in any other form whether oral or written, regarding the Goods being sold and this includes but is not limited to any warranties of merchantability. In full effect and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties and they will be deemed waived by Buyer.
As far as the agreement is concerned, it must be kept in mind that this entire agreement unless explicitly stated, the terms mentioned will constitute the entire agreement and be regarded as the final agreement between us and the buyer.
